This policy explains what personal data Uruz collects, why, and what you can do about it. The controller of your data is Uruz Global LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Uruz", "we").
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your e-mail address and the name you give your account.
- Business data: legal name, registration number, country, address, website and the other details you give us for the review of your account.
- Wallet and payment data: your wallet address, and the charges, payments, refunds and withdrawals made with Uruz, including the Payer's wallet address and transaction hashes. Transactions on the Base network are public by nature.
- Technical data: logs of requests to our servers, such as IP address, time and browser, kept for security.
- Waitlist and messages: your e-mail if you join a waitlist or write to us.
Uruz never has your private key or your wallet recovery method.
2. Why we use it
- to provide the Services: create charges, confirm payments, send notifications and webhooks;
- to review accounts and prevent fraud, money laundering and the prohibited activities in our Terms;
- to comply with the law and answer requests from authorities;
- to contact you about your account and about changes to the Services.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the Services, and only what they need: Privy (sign-in and wallet), Railway (servers and database), Vercel (websites), Resend (e-mail). If a platform opened your account, it receives your account's status and your payments' events. We also share data when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account and payment data while your account is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires, usually up to 5 years. Data written on the blockchain is public and cannot be deleted by anyone.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@uruzglobal.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the LGPD in Brazil), you can also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted access and secrets kept out of our code. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
7. Cookies
We use only the storage needed for the Services to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We will change the date at the top when we update this policy and tell you by e-mail about important changes.
